My approach to supervision is grounded in a Mindfulness-in-Relation framework, creating a reflective and collaborative space that supports awareness, curiosity, and professional growth. Through attentive presence to mind, body, emotion, and felt sense, we explore clinical work alongside the therapist’s own internal process, patterns, and relational responses.
Supervision becomes a space to reflect on therapeutic presence, ethical complexity, and the evolving professional identity of the therapist. Together, we examine uncertainty, resonance, challenge, and possibility, supporting the development of clarity, resilience, and an authentic clinical stance.
I hold supervision within a socially and culturally aware lens, attending to how power, identity, and systemic factors shape both clinical encounters and professional life. This includes compassionate exploration of difference and lived experience — such as gender and gender identity, neurodiversity, race, ableness, socio-economic context, and sexuality — as integral aspects of reflective practice.
My intention is to offer a thoughtful, supportive, and gently challenging supervisory relationship that nurtures confidence, ethical sensitivity, and depth of clinical work.
